Maleah Moorman

Researcher

In school, they convinced us that there’s no such thing as a truly objective person. But in MOJO Ad, we were introduced to Maleah— and now we don’t know what to believe. As the walking incarnation of diplomacy, she first discovered her passion for knowledge from reading the classics. It wasn’t long before she decided leave her hometown and put her naturally ravenous mind to work by studying advertising at Mizzou.

Since arriving in Columbia, Missouri, she has avoided boredom by playing with her dog Sugar, swimming laps and cracking datasets like loose knuckles. She also works for Mizzou’s Campus Activities Programming Board as a marketing assistant. This past summer, she lived in Hong Kong and interned for McCann Erickson, helping to develop a campaign for one of their clients, Cathay Pacific. After graduation, she plans to become a researcher and work for another global agency

Caylin Willis

Digital Specialist

A self-proclaimed cat lady, Caylin strives to find the good in the forgotten with her online-based clothing business specializing in vintage and thrifted items, Yvonne and Mitchel. A great day for Caylin unquestionably involves thrifting and a visit to the local taco stand. Always open to exploring new opportunities and places, at the early age of 6, she started flying all over the country for weekend excursions with her dad. She attributes her unique sense of style and perspective to her biracial background and small-town Illinois upbringing.

Caylin spent this past summer in Wisconsin at GMR Marketing World headquarters, an experiential marketing agency in the Milwaukee area. There, she served as a client consultant and service intern on the Comcast Creative Integration Team. Their work can be seen at events all over the world, from the Olympics to the World Cup. She also used her savvy social sense as Gamma Phi Beta’s vice president of Public Relations where she oversaw her department team, ran the chapter’s many social media accounts, and planned philanthropic and social events.

Hailey Hauldren

Content Manager

Our content manager, Hailey, has a lot on her to-do list: become a published author, visit every U.S. national park, meet Lin-Manuel Miranda and demolish the patriarchy. Make no mistake! This is no “I-hope-one-day-I’ll-get-the-chance-to” list. This is her to-DO list. Trust me, Hailey is not throwing away her shot. A Chicagoland native, Hailey has had tunnel vision ever since middle school when she set course to become a writer. To this day, she hones her skill by reading often, blogging intently (check out her website!) and staying #woke about current events, particularly women’s rights.

When she’s not editing copy and crafting the team plan book, Hailey writes human-interest stories for the University of Missouri Honors College and stays involved with her sorority, Delta Gamma. With three internships under her belt, Hailey is well-versed in how to succeed in the media industry. She spent last summer working at Hunter Public Relations in New York City, where she fell in love with the Big Apple. Her time in the NYC was one of the most influential moments of her life, and she hopes to return to the city of Broadway shows and pizza-by-the-slice after graduation.

Media Planner

Say hi to Tiffany when you see her on the street, even if you don’t know her. It might catch her off guard, but you will definitely make her day. She loves being introduced to new ideas, fresh faces and novel moments. In fact, in her few decades on Earth, she’s had the chance to do things not many have: cry at the Kansas City Royals winning the World Series and live in both sides of Kansas City. This may have already given her plenty of perspective, but she’s always craving more.

After graduation, she has plans to work at an advertising agency, and eventually for a clothing or publishing company in their marketing department. Sounds fitting, especially since she co-manages a fashion blog, Joy&Tif, with a friend. As an avid patron of the arts, she has an eye for fashion, a love for YA fiction and an affinity for Broadway musicals. She often loses sleep over bootleg videos of Hamilton and stacks of high school romance novels. But if there’s one video you’ll want to see, it would be her awe-inspiring performance as Belle in Beauty and the Beast. Her MOJO Ad team was surprised when they saw her stunning act, but even more so when they found out she actually went so far as to date a bear-like creature just to perfect the role.

Over the summer, Tiffany worked as a corporate communications intern for Kansas City Power & Light. Now she’s copywriting for a Dallas-based blogger known as “Sassy Club.” Is it for teens who want to perfect their comebacks and sarcasm? Or possibly where people learn techniques to make their cats more feisty? You’ll have to follow her work to find out.

Media Planner

Don’t mess with Texas and especially do not mess with Houston native, Mackenzie Kleinman. She has a black belt in Korean martial arts. Don’t fear however, she’s sworn to only use her power for good. Outside of the dojo, Mackenzie is an avid snow skier and has plans to move out to the mountains someday so she can hit the slopes on the daily. Before settling down in her ski cabin, Mackenzie wants to travel to at least 20 countries by the time she’s 25. She’s already over halfway there with 12 countries under her black belt.

This past summer Mackenzie took her talents to the Big Apple interning at Havas Health and YOU, where she managed various accounts and ate plenty of New York-style pizza. The summer before that, she interned in New York at Steve Madden in their wholesales department. She also worked with Spirit of ‘76 Fireworks here in Columbia, managing their marketing for the busy summer months.
