Lexie Winter

Content Manager

Employed as an eternal ray of sunshine, Lexie has a passion for sharing impactful stories with the world. In fact, she plans on making a career out of it by taking her passion for writing and storytelling and making a name for herself in the growing field of content marketing. When she’s not writing for companies, she’s writing for herself about fashion, photography or anything and everything surrounding her life here as a Mizzou Journalism student. Of course, always in perfect AP Style.

Lexie spent the summer months at Maritz as a strategic marketing and merchandising intern where she crafted thematic content for various marketing campaigns. Beyond that, she created content at PowerPost as a brand management intern. Here at Mizzou, she served as Chi Omega Fraternity vice president and is currently serving on the Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society Executive Board as the marketing and promotions chair. Her life motto: “Leave people better than you found them.”

Tu hablas espanol? Porque no practicar con ella? It’s probably a good idea to be honest, and she’d love every minute of it. We’d like to introduce you to Jasmin, a Memphis native with an affinity for Spanish and a bigger heart for people than we thought was even possible. If she’s not listening to podcasts or giving perspective freshmen and their families personalized tours of the university, she’s most likely coordinating her next service trip to empower women and children in need.

Clever, confident, and brilliantly dedicated to her ambitions, Jasmin’s empathy for humanity is matched only by her work ethic. This summer, she worked as a strategy intern for fluent360, where she investigated social media consumption, buying power and other market trends as they relate to the African-American, Hispanic, Asian and LGBTQ consumer groups. She also helped research and fully redesign a new social media strategy for the agency’s Instagram and LinkedIn pages. In the past, she held a position as a multimedia intern for Choose901, writing press releases and promoting events throughout Memphis. After she graduates, but before working in a global ad agency, she hopes to achieve her dream of living abroad, becoming fluent in Spanish and immersing herself in the culture.

Hailey Hauldren

Content Manager

Our content manager, Hailey, has a lot on her to-do list: become a published author, visit every U.S. national park, meet Lin-Manuel Miranda and demolish the patriarchy. Make no mistake! This is no “I-hope-one-day-I’ll-get-the-chance-to” list. This is her to-DO list. Trust me, Hailey is not throwing away her shot. A Chicagoland native, Hailey has had tunnel vision ever since middle school when she set course to become a writer. To this day, she hones her skill by reading often, blogging intently (check out her website!) and staying #woke about current events, particularly women’s rights.

When she’s not editing copy and crafting the team plan book, Hailey writes human-interest stories for the University of Missouri Honors College and stays involved with her sorority, Delta Gamma. With three internships under her belt, Hailey is well-versed in how to succeed in the media industry. She spent last summer working at Hunter Public Relations in New York City, where she fell in love with the Big Apple. Her time in the NYC was one of the most influential moments of her life, and she hopes to return to the city of Broadway shows and pizza-by-the-slice after graduation.
