Audrey Norquest stays 10 steps ahead, ensuring top-notch performance on behalf of Team Viridis. From Garden City, Kansas, our forward-thinking Account Manager blends strategic instincts, creative problem-solving and Excel spreadsheet sorcery to make the magic happen on any task that comes her way. 

Organization may be one of her strengths, but Audrey is also a natural connector. At New Chapter Coaching, she leads marketing and outreach initiatives, developing strategies and campaigns for programs and events. Not to mention, she also manages its digital presence, encompassing newsletters, social media and the company website. With Elisa Glick Consulting, she played a pivotal role in redefining brand identity, aligning her strategic expertise with client goals and creating a more cohesive image. On campus, she wore many hats for Mizzou’s student-run newspaper, The Maneater, fulfilling roles of reporter, designer and photographer. Subsequently, Audrey served as marketing director of Mizzou Student Media, where she guided a team of 10-plus in shaping the organization’s visibility and elevating student voices across campus. 

Audrey’s creativity spans from campaign briefs in the office to recipes in the kitchen. She captained her high school culinary team, competed in national culinary competitions and still spends free time experimenting with new recipes–always down to share the results with eager taste-testers. When she’s not strategizing or searing, you’ll likely find her with four-legged friends. Audrey supports local animal shelters by donating food, making toys and fostering dogs when she can. 

Whether she’s cooking up a new media plan or a five-course meal, Audrey delivers with thoughtfulness and precision. She’s the teammate who has the meeting agenda ready before you ask and the energy to make sure the team has fun along the way.

 

Meghan Aslin

Art Director

If creativity had a compass, it would point straight to Meghan Aslin. From Memphis, Tennessee, Meghan brings an artistic eye, determined spirit and open mind to her role as Art Director for Team Viridis. With a camera in one hand and a snapdragon in the other, she merges a fresh perspective with a keen eye for detail. 

Her work speaks for itself. As the marketing and communications lead for Mizzou’s Office of Community Engaged Learning, Meghan guided the office through a rebrand designed to boost student engagement. Her skills span photography, videography and digital strategy, including building a new webpage to spotlight more than 80 interns at the Missouri State Capitol. Sponsored by her department, she also documented a 10-day service trip to Northern Thailand, turning the experience into dynamic, compelling media. 

Currently, Meghan leads marketing efforts for the Mizzou 4-H Office, where she shoots, edits and publishes content from statewide events including the Missouri State Fair and the Western Heritage Festival. She also served as vice president of the Documentary Club and brought her design chops to Vox Magazine. Beyond campus, she has contributed her design talents to Marks-Bensdork Realtors in Memphis, crafting various promotional materials for homes on the market. Her passion for storytelling drives everything from strategic, complex design to everyday, spontaneous conversations.  

Meghan’s creative touch doesn’t stop at the lens. A devoted flower enthusiast, she is pursuing a minor in floral design and retail management. Summers spent gardening with her mom grew a lifelong love of blooms. If she ever won the lottery, she wouldn’t announce it – but you’d know when she opened her own flower shop. 

Whether it’s designing campaign visuals, photographing live events or arranging bouquets, Meghan brings artistry, adaptability and relentless dedication to every table.

Art Director

Remi Davis, our creative and dependable Art Director, knows how to make brands pop. With an artistic eye for design and a heart tuned to storytelling, Remi brings fresh ideas and intentional artistry to every project. 

As social media manager for Creature Comforts of Columbia, Remi boosted Instagram reach by over 50.3% and views by 44%, all while designing graphics, producing event banners and crafting a pet remembrance package to deepen client connections. She’s the creative behind a 400-pound pet food drive and raffle campaign that supported local rescues while driving business engagement. 

Her drive for impact doesn’t stop there. At The Hungry Tiger, a multi-location family restaurant, Remi leads marketing and social media with measurable success. She manages the website, optimizes SEO and oversees a steady stream of photos, videos and graphics to engage the community. Her campaigns boosted Instagram views by 2,200% and racked up over 145,000 Facebook views. She directs content creation, marketing strategy and even designs branded merchandise to keep customers hungry for more. Remi’s skills extend well beyond the feed, building the entire brand identity and website for The Bladed Brow salon and partnering with Matchbook Marketing on co-branding projects that elevated local entrepreneurs. 

Outside of Adobe Creative Suite, Remi devotes her time to Unchained Melodies Dog Rescue, helping train, rehabilitate and rehome neglected dogs across Missouri. Her passion for pets and design comes full circle in her dream of opening Ruff Remedies, a cozy pet shop that blends comfort, creativity and a playful wink to her own name. After all, the love for branding never stops!

Lilly Skaggs

Copywriter

Meet Lilly Skaggs, our empathetic and insightful Copywriter from St. Louis. What began as a middle school love for writing poems and “song lyrics” has grown into a passion for storytelling and effective communication. Whether she’s brainstorming campaign concepts or crafting the perfect caption, Lilly approaches every word with care and intention. 

Her communication skills span a range of industries and platforms. This past summer, Lilly served as a copywriting intern at HLK, a St. Louis-based advertising agency, where she collaborated with a team structured like a full-service agency. She played a key role in developing two multi-channel campaigns designed to increase brand engagement and awareness, drafting copy, assisting with creative briefs and presenting final concepts to clients. At the St. Thomas More Newman Center, Lilly managed weekly newsletters and created reels, flyers and posts to boost student involvement. Currently, as a marketing coordinator intern at Migrate Marketing in Charleston, South Carolina, she supports client campaigns by creating graphics, managing weekly emails and building out social media strategies.  

Lilly also devotes her time to service. She guided students through the excitement of recruitment week with empathy and encouragement as a Panhellenic counselor. She has prepped meals at Room at the Inn COMO and packed boxes at the St. Louis Area Foodbank, reflecting her passion for lending a helping hand in tangible ways. 

From her middle school notes app filled with half-finished songs to now writing professionally for brands and organizations, Lilly has always been drawn to words and the power they hold. Her ability to pair meaningful messaging with creative strategy makes her not just a talented communicator but a key contributor to Team Viridis.

Casey Barwick

Video Producer

Casey Barwick brings an imaginative lens, strategic storytelling skills and a whimsical touch to her role as Video Producer for Team Viridis. Whether behind the camera or in the editing suite, Casey has a knack for turning ordinary moments into cinematic narratives. 

With a strong foundation in both editorial media and branded content, Casey’s experience reflects an intentional focus on strategy-driven storytelling. From crafting videos with the Mizzou Alumni Association to executing client campaigns at Matchbook Marketing, she approaches every project with precision and imagination. During her time at COMO Marketing and Magazine, Casey flexed her content creation skills across various digital formats. On campus, she further honed her craft as president of the Digital Storytelling Club.  

Beyond the studio, Casey’s passion spills into meaningful community work. She has raised awareness through advertising campaigns for long-term shelter dogs at Central Missouri Humane Society and rolled up her sleeves for children’s garden cleanups with Sustain Mizzou.  

Her artistry doesn’t end at the camera. Casey creates elaborate looks ranging from eyeshadow designs to special effects makeup looks inspired by horror films.. After all, she’s a proud member of Mizzou’s Horror Appreciation Club. With a growing social media following and more than 60,000 views, Casey proves that visual storytelling extends far beyond the traditional screen. 

Casey brings a storyteller’s heart and a producer’s eye to Team Viridis. Her work is always intentional, compelling and unmistakably her own.

Joey Yancey

Qualitative Strategist

Joey Yancey stays curious, digging deep to uncover what motivates an audience and turning those insights into strategies. Lucky for Team Viridis, he’s our insightful Qualitative Strategist, ready to make our campaign resonate. 

From local to global, Joey’s experiences have shaped the strategist he is today. At Mizzou Marketing and Communications, he serves as one of two creatives managing content for the university’s official Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts, reaching more than 130,000 followers. His videos range from influencer-style clips to “man on the street” interviews, engaging students, families and alumni alike.   

Internationally, Joey represented Fundación Universitaria Iberoamericana in Barcelona, Spain, at EU-sponsored meetings, gathering key insights on policy and strategic partnerships. He contributed to the launch of the RISE UP initiative, a multi-partner project focused on climate-conscious education, developing digital assets to build awareness and engagement. 

At Mizzou, Joey has partnered with the Office of Undergraduate Studies to craft student success stories, conduct content audits and strategize communications to connect stakeholders with students, always keeping the student experience front and center. 

Joey isn’t just a strategy powerhouse… he’s everywhere, doing everything, all at once. He’s a resident advisor, vice president of Public Relations for the Alumni Association Student Board, a recruitment coordinator and tour guide with the Mizzou Tour Team and a proud two-year section leader with Marching Mizzou.  

Fun fact: Joey is the fourth generation to carry his name, a legacy stretching from his great-grandfather to his father. It’s a small reminder that, even as he analyzes trends and crafts strategies, he stays grounded in family, community and connection.

Quantitative Strategist

Meet Keira Lasley, our curious, detail-oriented and optimistic Quantitative Strategist from Carthage, Missouri. Keira’s natural curiosity and love for data help Team Viridis uncover insights that turn good ideas into great ones. 

Keira’s marketing experience includes a hands-on internship at Marrs Mercantile, where she designed print ads featured in local magazines associated with HGTV hosts Dave and Jenny Marrs. She also assisted with creating and scheduling social media content for an audience of 30,000 followers, boosting the storefront’s visibility and community engagement. 

To highlight her time at Mizzou, Keira loves volunteering at Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center as a side walker. She supports riders of all ages and abilities, ensuring their safety and confidence while helping maintain the grounds. On campus, Keira serves as the ritual and history director for Kappa Kappa Gamma, organizing events and educational initiatives for nearly 300 members. She also brings her strategic mindset to the American Advertising Federation, where she’s actively involved in developing her skills and professional connections. 

Keira’s creativity thrives far out of any office or classroom. She recently stitched together her first quilt using fabric passed down from her grandmother, the woman who first taught her to sew. What began as a childhood hobby has now become a meaningful patchwork of legacy, precision and heart, much like her approach with strategy.  

Keira brings to Team Viridis not only a love for data and storytelling but also the warmth and intentionality that make every project memorable.

Julia Boessen

Digital Strategist

With a passion for purposeful storytelling and a gift for connection, Digital Strategist Julia Boessen brings thoughtful creativity and grounded determination to Team Viridis. Whether leading strategy or editing content, she approaches every project with empathy. 

Julia’s experience spans industries and mediums. As a social media intern for Goldie’s Pest Control, she reimagined the brand’s Instagram presence, creating an educational content series and boosting audience engagement with a fresh visual strategy. At the Sisters of the Most Precious Blood, Julia led an oral history project, transforming 30 interviews into impactful donor-facing video stories while supporting website revisions and campaign efforts. An avid Mizzou fan, she worked as a creative video intern for Mizzou Football, capturing the intensity of practices and games and producing long-form highlight videos that utilized her keen eye for detail. 

A natural leader, Julia previously served as vice president of Member Experience for Pi Beta Phi, where she organized sisterhood events to foster community and guided a team of directors with motivation and support. As music coordinator for Open Door, she combines her love of organization and music, leading worship events that engage and inspire. A longtime musician, Julia has played acoustic and electric guitar since sixth grade. She continues to use music as a way to bring people together. 

Her dedication to her community shines through her volunteer roles. As a Panhellenic counselor, she guided potential new members through recruitment, offering mentorship and support. On the Steubenville Media Team, she shot and edited photo and video content that generated more than 152,000 impressions, significantly boosting engagement for the program. 

From digital strategy to content creation to community leadership, Julia brings creativity, care and precision to everything she does at Team Viridis. 

Hanna Thompson

Media Planner

Hanna Thompson is our continuously curious Media Planner from Bourbonnais, Illinois. With a passion for strategy, an eye for trends and a suitcase never too far from hand, Hanna brings analytical power and creative flair to Team Viridis.  

Hanna’s experience spans digital campaigns, nonprofit storytelling and global insights. At KMC Marketing and Events, she created compelling content and supported cross-platform campaign execution, ensuring every post, placement and pixel served a purpose. Her work with McCann Prague took things international, where she co-led a team to craft a full-scale campaign for the largest pharmacy chain in the Czech Republic. Applying consumer insights to guide media mix and messaging, Hannah capped the experience with a full presentation to agency and client leadership. 

Hanna’s leadership extends beyond media briefs. As director of philanthropy for Kappa Delta, she organized a weeklong fundraiser that raised more than $19,000 for Prevent Child Abuse America, coordinating a team and juggling event logistics. On campus, she leads media strategies for nonprofits through Matchbook Marketing, analyzes performance metrics and keeps clients and internal teams aligned. 

Outside of media plans, Hanna is a travel enthusiast. Her desire to explore began early in life, inspired by a Swiss exchange student who once lived with her family. Studying abroad in Prague only deepened her love of exploring new places and perspectives, and she’s already saving up for her next adventure after graduation. 

Whether she’s analyzing audience data or planning her next passport stamp, Hanna brings precision, knowledge and fresh energy to every task at Team Viridis.

Public Relations Account Manager (Strategy)

Kaiya Lynch is a kaleidoscope of talents, bringing a perfect mix of strategic thinking, research-driven insight and sharp vision. As our Public Relations Account Manager of Strategy, Kaiya thrives at the intersection of organization and creativity. 

It’s been a jam-packed year for Kaiya, from strategizing in Tokyo to pitching in New York City. At McCann Worldgroup Tokyo, she led a cross-cultural student team to victory with a full strategic plan book and pitch for California Prunes. From directing public relations and design initiatives to managing budgets and shaping campaign messaging, Kaiya kept ideas flowing and the team’s vision in sync. She even lent her animation skills to the client’s music video, blending tech and creativity seamlessly. In the Big Apple, VML gave her a sprint of high-pressure strategy, this time working for New Balance. In just two weeks, she applied graphic design, research, writing and strategic skills to deliver a campaign focusing on athlete partnerships while encapsulating New Balance’s brand voice. 

Kaiya also honed her skills at Blanc Champagne Bar, making a splash with SEO, SMS campaigns and Mailchimp marketing that grew the Instagram account by 1,700 followers and generated more than 22,000 Reel views in two months. At Coegi, she turned analytics into action, boosting LinkedIn impressions and reactions in the span of two months. 

On campus, Kaiya balances a packed schedule with roles in Matchbook Marketing, the Honors College, the American Advertising Federation and the Tour Team. She’s also a research assistant, a UX design beta tester and a writing tutor, proving her passion for storytelling spans all mediums. Don’t think it’s all briefs and pitches, Kaiya is also pursuing a minor in information technology, emphasizing in animation and audio-visual design, as well as a minor in writing and rhetoric studies. 

With a knack for making ideas stick, blending creativity and strategy, Kaiya is always ready to bring bold ideas to life.

Public Relations Account Manager (Content)

Kaleigh Dunahee is our optimistic and resourceful Public Relations Account Manager of Content, bringing dedication, creativity and a knack for connection to Team Viridis. Kaleigh brings life to Team Viridis through her ability to communicate with purpose and lead with heart.  

As a social media assistant for Team Godoyo, she works alongside best-selling author Cynthia Thurlow, managing audience engagement across multiple platforms and addressing customer inquiries to promote satisfaction and trust. At McClure Davison Pools, she contributed to freelance projects by sharpening visual content and streamlining website copy to create a more inviting and user-friendly digital presence.  

Giving back has always been central to Kaleigh’s journey. She brings life to her community by volunteering for Midwest Children’s Burn Camp, a place close to her heart. As a burn survivor and former camper, Kaleigh dedicates her summers to uplifting children who have experienced burn or smoke inhalation injuries and supporting important fundraising efforts that keep the camp thriving. 

Before finding her home in the MU Strat Comm program, Kaleigh applied her skills as a production assistant at KOMU 8. She is also involved in Mizzou’s American Advertising Federation chapter and is a part of the Mizzou Wellness Society. Kaleigh leads a balanced, well-rounded life, prioritizing wellness alongside excellence. Outside work, Kaleigh’s creativity flows through music, having taught herself the ukulele and tongue drum.  

Kaleigh brings a spark of life to every project and person she encounters, adding depth, heart and harmony to Team Viridis.
