Sydney Brown

Account Manager

Meet Sydney Brown, our account manager and Olathe, Kansas, native. She believes outside-of-the-box ideas deliver the best results for clients. Sydney’s accepting, ambitious and driven attitude are what make her the strong leader clients and teams can count on.

Her professional journey began as a media intern for MMGY Global. Her love for strategy development across client portfolios took off from there, and she continued to explore that passion in her roles as a branding taskforce lead for Matchbook Marketing Agency, and as an account management intern for VML. She has continued to grow her expertise as an active member of American Advertising Federation, and Public Relations Student Society of America. With these experiences, she has become well-versed in leading integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with clients and teams, and honing storytelling skills in an agency environment.

Outside of MOJO AD, Sydney enjoys being a teaching assistant for the Strategic Communication’s Digital Strategy course, which she attributes to her love for learning. She also loves volunteering her time at the Central Missouri Humane Society, and fundraising for Service for Sight as a member of her sorority, Delta Gamma.

While an active member on campus, Sydney channels her passion into traveling and exploring. Currently, she has an exciting trip to Europe planned where she will visit London, Budapest, Vienna and Prague. Having just done a winter session program in New York, she cannot wait to see where her talents take her next.

Meghan Aslin

Meghan Aslin

Art Director

Meet Meghan Aslin, one of our art directors and Memphis, Tennessee, native. Expressive and open-minded she brightens every room she enters and brings a calming energy to her team. Meghan sets every creative meeting afire with her contagious determination and pushes her team’s work forward.

Meghan had the amazing opportunity to work on Viritis for MOJO Ad last semester. She oversaw internal branding, actually creating a new typeface for her team’s logo, and created the visual for her team’s national campaign pitch for Bath & Body Works. Meghan also works as the marketing and communications lead for the Office of Community Engaged Learning at Mizzou. She was hired in early 2024 to lead the office through a rebrand to improve student engagement. As part of this, she spent 10 days in Northern Thailand capturing photos and videos of students during a global service trip. Meghan also works as the marketing lead for Mizzou 4-H Office, shooting, editing, and publishing social media content. She currently oversees the stade-wide branding and visuals of the Feeding Missouri project.

Meghan also works as a freelance designer and photo editor in Memphis. Through this work, she communicates with Memphis realtors and photographers to create promotional listing pamphlets. On campus, Meghan is involved in the Documentary Club. She also has worked as a designer for Vox Magazine, creating graphics for Columbia’s arts and culture magazine.

Amidst her busy schedule, Meghan remains grounded in her love of nature. She specifically loves flowers, with a particular affinity for ranunculuses and snap dragons. Meghan says flowers, in particular, take her back to cherished memories spent gardening every summer with her mother. If she ever wins the lottery, she plans to open a flower shop and never look back. Until then, we’re incredibly grateful to her talents on our team!

Bishop Lamm

Bishop Lamm

Art Director

Meet Bishop Lamm, one of our art directors and Memphis, Tennessee, native. Bishop views every situation she enters with an eye for opportunities to embrace creativity and collaboration. Her easygoing, but still driven, manner helps her calmly and effectively take on any challenge that crosses her path.

Bishop currently serves as the communications director for KCOU 88.1, Mizzou’s student-run radio station. In this role, she leads the communications team, helping to promote the station’s wide variety of shows and its fundraising efforts. Bishop helps to cultivate the communication team’s imagination, helping them to have fun and enjoy the creative process. She also takes part in ASH Scholars, an Honors College research program. This semester she is shooting and editing video for the program’s Biodigital Construction team. During her junior year, she conducted research through the program about the  memorialization of the now demolished Read Hall, the first women’s residence hall on Mizzou’s Campus.

Outside of MOJO Ad, Bishop has truly found a passion for KCOU. Driven by a lifelong passion for music, she hosts a show “Nowhereland” with her two best friends. Taking the name from a lyric in The Beatles’ “Nowhere Man”, they spent every week diving into music history and their current obsessions for a whole episode. An episode sounds like a perfect mix of new wave and shoe gaze, with some rock and folk music sprinkled in. These episodes perfectly capture Bishop, relaxed, off-the-cuff funny, and wowing everyone with her deep knowledge of music and film.

Bishop looks forward to a semester of creation, music, going to movies at Ragtag Cinema and her favorite people at Mizzou. She plans to keep an eye out for new music and make memories as she makes the most of her last semester at Mizzou. More than anything, she’s ready to, with her unmatched drive in hand, create amazing work for MOJO Ad.

Arabella enters this semester inspired by her lifelong love of nature and her newfound passion for mountain climbing. Having just studied abroad on the J-School intercession program this past winter break, she got the chance to visit Barcelona, Spain. There she summited Montserrat and found motivation at an ancient monastery. The experience pushed her limits, but she felt refreshed and blown away by the views of snow-peaked mountains, vast valleys and the city in the distance. Inspired by the majesty of the natural world, she feels more ready than ever to take on her work this semester.

Meet Lainey Hogg, our qualitative strategist and St. Louis native. She knows collaboration is at the root of key insights, something she hones in her work. Her drive for storytelling and finding meaning in details is what makes her work quality.

Her professional journey began as an experiential intern for 160over90. She got a taste of working in the food and beverage industry, developing marketing strategies for premium spirits brands and assisting in research and vendor coordination. Lainey continued this meaningful work as a photography intern for Mizzou Athletics.
